Who this suits
Advisory work is particularly suited to smaller companies starting out or scaling. You do not need an IT department or technical staff to get started. I can help you clarify what you want to achieve, assess your options and find the right help to put it into practice.
For larger organisations, I prefer longer engagements where I can get to know the domain and team and follow decisions through into working software.
